League Personnel

Brooke Harper President brooke@bcssoccer.com	The President is the general representative of the League. The President shall supervise all activities of the league and the work of the officers. He/she shall preside at all meetings, appoint all committees, and serve as ex-officio member of those committees with the exception of the nominating committee
Marty Boardman Vice President Fields & Scheduling marty@bcssoccer.com	The Vice-President of Fields shall work closely with the Parks and Recreation Departments to help maintain a good relationship. Will assist VP-PR in helping secure donations that benefit the parks and recreation department and the BCSSL. Will maintain contact with youth soccer leagues in area to help improve field quality. The Vice-President will work with the president/registrar to determine scheduling needs. Will determine seedings for tournaments and will work with other leagues to set up intra-league tournaments. Will work with youth leagues to help promote (in conjunction with VP-PR) general soccer tournaments in region.
Brandon Prouse Secretary	The Secretary shall record the minutes of all meetings and shall be custodian of all correspondence initiated by the league. The secretary shall give notice of all meetings and make available upon request all activities of the League to the community. Will also be responsible for supervising the webmaster and making sure the website is kept up to date with schedules and results.
Chris Gibson Treasurer/Registrar	The Treasurer shall control all monies of the League and shall keep records of all income and expenditures. Makes sure that all financial responsibilities of the league are met in order to keep the league running.
